In 2010, SGBI’s magazine, Santa Gertrudis USA, was struggling. The challenges of operating a breed publication were too great for a small beef association. At that time, management, editing, and financial responsibilities were entrusted to BluePrint Media. Relinquishing control of the magazine was a difficult decision, but the results were and remain extraordinary. The first issue produced by the BluePrint team was profitable for the association and every issue since has generated income.
